Roger Favano

Roger Favano was named Chief Financial Officer of NRT LLC and Realogy Franchise Group in 2018. He was named Chief Financial Officer for NRT in August 2017.

In this role, Favano has responsibility for all of the financial operations at Coldwell Banker Realty and RFG, including financial reporting, planning and analysis with a focus on enhancing efficiencies and leveraging resources to support the businesses’ growth strategy and drive a superior experience for its affiliated agents, employees and customers.

Favano brings more than 25 years of financial and risk management leadership experience, mostly with General Electric Capital Corporation in senior leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer in risk management, Chief Operating Officer in risk management, Chief Financial Officer in GE corporate treasury and controller for GE Capital Real Estate, among others, from 1997 through 2016.

Prior to joining NRT, he most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DFC Global Corporation, one of the largest providers of non-standard consumer financial products in the world.

Favano graduated cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He also received a Master of Science degree in financial management from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut.
