
Robert Way
Robert Way is the Senior Vice President of Lead Generation for Coldwell Banker’s company-owned offices branded Coldwell Banker Realty. In this role, Way is responsible for driving quality leads to agents. Way’s team is dedicated to generating new sources of leads and supporting current clients and affinity partners as well as providing CB agents with coaching and advanced analytics to support lead conversion success.
In addition to Lead Generation, Way oversees the Property Services division which provides clients with specialized services for their real estate investments as well as provide agents with new sales and leasing opportunities.
Robert was named Senior Vice President, Strategic Operations in 2018. In that role, Way was responsible for the internal operations and NRT-owned adjacent businesses that supported NRT’s Coldwell Banker branded operations, its’ affiliated agents and their clients. These strategic operations included Affinity Programs, Relocation and Referral Servicing, Customer Lead Engagement, National Real Estate Referral Group, Zip Realty, CastleEdge Insurance, Coldwell Banker Vacations, NRT REO Experts and Property Frameworks.
Way joined NRT in 2014 as President of Property and Asset Management Services, responsible for long-term annual rentals, short-stay vacation rentals and bank-owned real estate (REO) property services. Prior to that time, Way held senior roles in Realogy within the title industry, leading Texas American Title, Sunbelt Title and Title Resource Guaranty Company and within the relocation industry with Cartus, leading Cendant Mobility Canada, and driving Cendant Relocation UK’s merger with Bradford and Bingley Relocation. Robert also worked overseas with Cendant Europe as the head of M&A Integration and as COO of the Vacation Rental Group.
Way’s international experience also involved working for leading organizations in Canada and New Zealand, including Royal LePage, Air New Zealand and BMW. Way holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, and an MBA from University of Auckland, New Zealand.
