Richard Fleischer is President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic, one of the region’s leading residential real estate companies. In this role, he leads the daily operations of 28 offices and more than 2,400 independent agents in Greater Baltimore, Greater Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia and the Maryland and Delaware beaches.

He was named President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic in 2020.

Prior to becoming President, Fleischer was the Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida, the state’s largest residential brokerage. He managed operations for the East Central Florida region, overseeing 25 branch and satellite offices in metro Orlando and on the Atlantic coast, from Flagler County south through Melbourne to Palm Beach and Boca Raton.

Fleischer was also the Relocation Manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida and in Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Southern California. In these roles he directly managed a team of relocation consultants and oversaw all referral activities.

His professional career began in 2002 as an Assistant Branch Manager for Northwest Savings Bank in Warren, Pennsylvania. Fleischer then worked as a Senior Loan Officer for New England Moves Mortgage LLC (affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage), where he successfully created home mortgages for Coldwell Banker's Relocation Division and Boston offices. In 2004, he received the Fast Star Award for exceptional sales production.  

Throughout his career, Fleischer has also managed to acquire the Certified Relocation Professional designation. He is also a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council and the Relocation Directors Council. Fleischer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Pennsylvania State University.
