As the Director of Strategic Implementation for NRT LLC, Kristin Aerts, leads projects and strategies that impact the overall growth and operational efficiency of Coldwell Banker Realty. She works collaboratively across the field and shared services teams to ensure effective communication of key challenges, project leadership of complex initiatives and drives overall accountability. 

Recently, Aerts led strategic pilots and partnerships on generating business leads for Coldwell Banker Realty’s affiliated agents. Additionally, she partnered with Realogy leadership to develop a growth strategy that focuses on market and competitive trends, technology, data and product launches. She spearheads cross-functional strategic initiatives driving process, content and business impact for complex projects across all regions.

Aerts began her career as a consultant for Camber Collective, a strategy consulting firm. Later, she joined Providence Health & Services evaluating and implementing cost saving and business development opportunities for the company.

She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington

1. Coldwell Banker® / Quester® Real Estate Agent Research, August 2020 - Net Promoter Score by Brand 2. Based on Coldwell Banker Realty Listing Concierge usage data reported through May 31, 2020. 3. Listings Taken, Closed Units and Closed Sales Volume (collectively, the “Metrics”) were measured during this Study. To calculate the results, we took a sample of the 6,160 independent sales associates who had been affiliated with the Coldwell Banker System for at least a year prior to the study who participated in Coldwell Banker® training classes and activities Aug. 2017-Aug. 2019 (the “Sample Pool”) and entered their activities into REScoreboard.com. All sales associates included in the study completed one or more training classes, each ranging in duration from a minimum of three hours up to twenty-two hours. We measured the Metrics generated by the Sample Pool during the 12 months prior to their taking any Coldwell Banker training and then measured the Metrics generated by the Sample Pool during the 12 months after the end date of each agent’s training. Study completion date was Sept. 2020. This was not a controlled study; correlation does not equal causation. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
