As National Vice President of The Product Studio for Coldwell Banker NRT, Kacie Ricker oversees the development of new applications designed to support the national company’s affiliated sales associates. Known to have a healthy obsession with all things digital and strongly believing in the intersection of design and technology, Ricker leads a team of about 80 product owners, designers, developers and strategists in The Studio, the nation’s largest in-house real estate marketing agency.
Constantly exploring and prototyping new ideas with her team, she’ll jump at the chance to be involved in any aspect of a new product. Ricker and her team help agents and clients achieve their vision in the digital space through streamlined product management, an obsession with UX and UI and an appetite for the impossible.
Most recently, Ricker’s team launched Listing Concierge, a comprehensive marketing program that marries leading-edge technology with meticulous, personalized service to offer customized and automated property listing marketing. The program has been praised by industry experts and affiliated agents for increasing productivity and service for the agents. Next up for the team? Bringing the vision of Design Concierge and Social Concierge to life. Ricker and her team live by the mantra, “We build products with our agents, not for them.” In addition to regular user testing and research, each month, the team gathers hundreds of agents to review new and emerging products, the roadmap and the future vision of product for Coldwell Banker NRT. The team works passionately to get real time feedback and user testers on the spot as in their minds, “There is nothing more satisfying than bringing delight to our agents as we bring new products they’ve inspired to life.”
Ricker brings more than 20 years of marketing and communications experience, joining NRT in 1999. Prior to her current role, she served as Regional Vice President of Marketing for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the company’s Western Region, providing strategic direction for product marketing, creative design, advertising and field strategy.
Ricker earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from San Jose State University. She resides in Pleasanton, California with her husband, Scott, and her two daughters, Sofia and Ava.
