Jeff Krupp

Senior Vice President of Technology

Jeff Krupp joined Realogy Holdings Corp. in July of 2016 and has recently been elevated to the role of CIO, Agent and Broker Technology.  In this new role, Jeff currently leads the development of agent and broker facing products supporting both the Realogy Franchise Group and Coldwell Banker® NRT.  Under his leadership, his team has successfully launched several large-scale systems such as Marketing extranet portals and the new Dash system which manages listing, agent, and transaction information across Realogy’s portfolio of Brands.  He has been spearheading the product strategy evolution within Realogy technology and driving the transition to modern technology approaches such as agile delivery, API development, cloud, and machine learning.  He has also been part of several strategic groups within Realogy focusing on innovation, culture, and third-party technology investments.  


Prior to his position at Realogy, Jeff was the Senior Vice President of Technology for OEM products and services at FordDirect, a Joint-venture between Ford Motor Company and Ford dealers.  During his 10-year tenure at FordDirect, he managed the delivery of multiple products for Ford dealers and end consumers in the Digital Marketing space.  These included a templated dealer website for 5000+ Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury dealers, the new consumer Brand site, a lead management and distribution system, and a core platform that was leveraged for 40 ancillary Ford Digital Marketing websites. 


His first position after graduation from the University of Michigan with a Computer Engineering Bachelor’s degree was with Ford Motor Company as part of their leadership rotational program.  He held positions of increasing responsibility over his ten years that provided a solid foundation for future technology leadership including positions in infrastructure, quality, project management, marketing, manufacturing, development, business planning, and IT compliance.  During his time at Ford, Krupp received his MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
