As National Vice President of The Strategy Studio for Coldwell Banker® NRT, Chris Clark oversees the marketing strategies to help advance the operations for local operating companies, promotion for affiliated sales agents and exposure for company listings. He leads a team of 150 field marketing professionals including marketing managers and luxury specialists in The Studio, the nation’s largest in-house real estate marketing agency.
The field marketing strategy drives the support for affiliated real estate agents in winning more business, growing their earnings and streamlining activities. The team develops and implements marketing approaches for the local operating companies, development of luxury marketing, special event planning, agent recognition, implementation of community involvement, public relations and social media efforts.
Clark proudly boasts nearly 30 years of real estate marketing experience, as he began with NRT in 1991. Before his current position, he served as Regional Vice President of Marketing for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for the Eastern Seaboard and the Northeast regions, providing direction for product marketing, creative design, advertising and field strategy. He currently resides in Long Valley, NJ.
